Sharing
Created skills are initially private – only you can use them. When creating or editing a skill, you can define who has access in the Sharing tab.
Sharing Options
Section titled “Sharing Options”- Entire organization – All members of your organization can use the skill
- Selected teams – Only members of the chosen teams have access
Creator Name
Section titled “Creator Name”When a skill is shared with you, you can see who created it. The creator’s name is displayed next to the “Shared” badge on the skill card and on the skill detail page. This helps you identify who to contact for questions or feedback about the skill.
How to Share a Skill
Section titled “How to Share a Skill”- Open the desired skill
- Switch to the Sharing tab
- Select Entire organization or individual teams
- Save your changes
Practical Example
Section titled “Practical Example”You create a “Citizen Inquiry Help” skill and share it with the “Citizen Office” team. Only members of this team can use the skill. For a general-purpose skill like “Meeting Summary”, you select Entire organization instead, so all colleagues can access it.
