Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) lets you sign in to Ayunis Core through your organization’s central sign-in. You use the same credentials as for your other work applications and do not need a separate password for Ayunis Core.

Availability

Single sign-on is an optional feature and must be set up for your organization. If the option does not appear during sign-in, contact your administrator.

Sign In with Your Organization

1. Open the Ayunis Core login page
2. Enter your work email address
3. Click Continue
4. You are automatically redirected to your organization’s login page
5. Sign in with your usual credentials
6. After a successful sign-in, you are automatically redirected to Ayunis Core
7. If Ayunis Core requires another security step, enter the code from your authenticator app

The last step may be skipped if a second factor was already verified during your organization sign-in.

Your email address is used to automatically redirect you to the correct login page for your organization. If your organization provides a dedicated SSO link, you can use that instead.

Quick Sign-In for Returning Users

After you sign in with your organization once, Ayunis Core remembers your sign-in option. The next time you visit the login page, you will see the Sign in with your organization button directly, without having to re-enter your email address.

If you want to use a different account, click Use another account and sign in with your email address as usual.

Validity

Quick sign-in is only valid within the current browser session. After closing the browser, the sign-in option is no longer remembered.

First Sign-In

Depending on your organization’s requirements, one of the following applies when you sign in for the first time:

• You first need an invitation to Ayunis Core.
• Your account is created automatically after your first successful organization sign-in.

If an invitation is required or has expired, contact your administrator.

Connect an Existing Ayunis Account

If an Ayunis account already exists for your work email address, it is automatically connected the first time you sign in through your organization. You do not need to do anything extra – just sign in with your organization as described above. Your existing Ayunis password remains available.

Sign Out

When you sign out of Ayunis Core, your session with your organization’s identity provider is also terminated. You are taken directly back to the Ayunis Core login page without any additional intermediate steps.

If Sign-In Does Not Work

• Check that you entered your work email address.
• If you are not redirected to your organization’s login page, use your Ayunis password or contact your administrator.
• If your organization’s login page is unavailable, try again later.
• If you cannot access Ayunis Core even though sign-in was successful, ask your administrator whether you need an invitation.
