Account

In the account settings, you manage your personal details and access.

Opening Settings

1. Click on your name at the bottom left
2. Select Settings
3. Navigate to the Account section

Name

Your name is displayed to colleagues on the platform. You can change it at any time:

1. Click the input field next to “Name”
2. Enter your new name
3. Click Save

Email Address

Your email address is displayed but cannot be changed. It serves as your login credentials.

Need to Change Your Email?

If you need a different email address, contact your administrator. They will need to delete your existing user account and re-invite you with the new email address.

Password

If your account has an Ayunis password, you can change it directly in the account settings:

1. Enter your current password
2. Enter your new password
3. Click Save

Only for Accounts with an Ayunis Password

If you sign in exclusively through your organization (single sign-on) and do not have an Ayunis password, the “Password” section is not displayed.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication protects your account with an additional security step. During sign-in, a one-time code from an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) is requested. After organization sign-in, this step may be skipped if a second factor was already verified there.

Enabling 2FA

1. Navigate to Settings → Account
2. In the Two-factor authentication card, click Enable
3. Scan the displayed QR code with your authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code from the app
5. Save your recovery codes in a secure place

Save Your Recovery Codes

Recovery codes are only shown once. Store them securely — you will need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Disabling 2FA

1. In the Two-factor authentication card, click Disable
2. Enter a code from your authenticator app or a recovery code to confirm
3. Confirm the deactivation

Note

If your organization requires two-factor authentication, you cannot disable it. Contact your administrator in this case.

AI Act Training

Academy Add-on Only

This section is only visible when the Academy add-on is active for your organization.

In the account settings, you will find a card showing the status of your AI Act training:

• Last passed: The date you last completed the Academy
• Next renewal due: The date by which you must renew your confirmation of participation (only when your organization requires annual renewal)
• Status badge: Shows whether your confirmation of participation is valid, expiring soon, expired, or not yet earned

Click Go to the academy to go directly to the Academy to obtain or renew your confirmation of participation.
