As User: The Invitation Email

Have you received an invitation email from Ayunis Core? Here you’ll learn how to set up your access and get started right away.

The Invitation Email

When your administrator invites you to Ayunis Core, you’ll receive an email with the following information:

• The name of your organization
• Who invited you
• An Accept Invitation button
• A note that the invitation expires after 7 days

Activating Your Account

1. In the invitation email, click Accept Invitation
2. You’ll be taken to the account activation page
3. Enter a password
4. Confirm your password
5. Click Activate Account

You can now log in with your email address and password.

Link Expired?

Invitation links expire after 7 days for security reasons. If your link has expired, contact your administrator to request a new one.

Didn’t Receive an Email?

Check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there either, ask your administrator to resend the invitation email.

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following criteria:

• At least 8 characters
• Upper and lowercase letters
• At least one number
• At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Tip

Use a password manager to create and store a secure password.

The Getting Started Page

After your first login, the Getting Started page opens automatically. It walks you through the most important features of Ayunis Core step by step – from your first chat to knowledge collections and skills.

How the Getting Started Page Works

Steps are organized into categories such as “Discover the chat”, “Discover skills”, or “Use cases”. Each step includes a short description and a button that takes you directly to the relevant feature.

• Progress bar – At the top you can see how many steps you have already completed
• Check off steps – Check off completed steps yourself to track your progress
• Guided tours – Some steps highlight the relevant element on the page with a short tour so you can find it right away
• Try it out – Many steps include sample tasks (e.g. writing an email or visualizing data) that you can try directly in the chat

Administrators Only

Administrators see additional steps in the “Set up workspace” category (e.g. configure models, invite colleagues, create teams). These steps are not visible to regular users.

Hiding the Getting Started Page

Once you are familiar with all the steps or no longer need the page, you can remove it from the sidebar using Hide getting started at the bottom of the page. A confirmation is shown before hiding. You can find the page again at any time under Account Settings → Getting Started.

After activating your account, you can get started right away:

2. Discover skills – See which specialized skills are available for you
3. Adjust settings – Customize your profile and preferences
