Assign Knowledge Collections
When creating or editing a skill, you can define which knowledge collections the skill may access. The skill can then answer questions based on the documents in these knowledge collections in every chat.
Adding a Knowledge Collection
Section titled “Adding a Knowledge Collection”- Open the desired skill
- Navigate to the Knowledge Collections section
- Select one or more knowledge collections
- Save your changes
The skill now has access to the documents in the assigned knowledge collections.
Removing a Knowledge Collection
Section titled “Removing a Knowledge Collection”- Open the skill
- Navigate to the Knowledge Collections section
- Remove the desired knowledge collection
- Save your changes
Practical Example
Section titled “Practical Example”Your “Citizen Inquiry Help” skill should be able to answer questions about cemetery fees. Assign the “Ordinances and Regulations” knowledge collection, which contains the current cemetery ordinance and fee schedule. The skill can now cite specific fees, deadlines, and regulations from your municipality.
Managing Knowledge Collections
Section titled “Managing Knowledge Collections”Knowledge collections are created and managed in the Knowledge section — independently of individual skills. A knowledge collection can be assigned to multiple skills.
