Knowledge Collections
The AI has general knowledge — but it doesn’t know your municipality’s fee schedule, your internal service instructions, or your organization’s current ordinances. With knowledge collections, you change that: you upload your documents, and the AI incorporates this information into its answers.
This turns general answers into specific responses based on your own documents.
Why Knowledge Collections?
Section titled “Why Knowledge Collections?”| Without Knowledge Collection | With Knowledge Collection |
|---|---|
| General answers that don’t match your organization | Answers based on your documents and regulations |
| Cannot cite sources | Can reference specific passages in your documents |
| Potentially outdated or incorrect information | Current, organization-specific information |
You create and manage knowledge collections in the Knowledge section of Ayunis Core. Each knowledge collection can be assigned to multiple skills or chats.
Practical Example
Section titled “Practical Example”You upload your current fee schedule and cemetery ordinance to a knowledge collection called “Ordinances and Regulations”. Now when someone asks in the chat how much a burial costs, the AI responds with the specific fees from your municipality — not general estimates from the internet.
