As User: The Invitation Email

Have you received an invitation email to Ayunis Core? Here you’ll learn how to set up your access and get started right away.

When your administrator invites you to Ayunis Core, you’ll receive an email with the following information:

  • The name of your organization
  • Who invited you
  • A registration link
  • A note that the invitation expires after 7 days
  1. Click the link in the invitation email
  2. You’ll be taken to the Ayunis Core registration form
  3. Your email address is already pre-filled
  4. Enter your name (this is how you’ll appear to your colleagues)
  5. Select your department from the list (e.g., Building Department, Social Services, IT). If your department is not listed, select “Other” and enter it manually.
  6. Create a password
  7. Click Register

You’re now a member of your organization and can use Ayunis Core immediately.

Your password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Upper and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

After registration, you can get started right away:

  1. Start chatting – Ask your first question to the AI
  2. Discover skills – See which specialized skills are available for you
  3. Adjust settings – Customize your profile and preferences
